Generations have enjoyed live theater every summer thanks to the Barnstormers Summer Theater. The regional theater is now kicking off its 87th season, which will run from June 29 through September 2, 2017.
Located in Tamworth, New Hampshire, Barnstormers is one of the longest-running professional theater companies in the country. More than 40 professional actors join the core company every year for a season filled with top productions. This year’s lineup includes a mix that will have audiences laughing, squirming, and delighted.

Spamalot. A roudy Monty Python spoof that tells the story of King Arthur and the Knights of the Round Table and their quest for the Holy Grail, and includes hilarious musical numbers.

The Ghost Train. A band of weary travelers experiences one of the scariest nights of their lives while stranded on a haunted train. This comedy-thriller was the first play ever produced by the Barnstormers Theater, and a quintessential favorite.

My Three Angels. Power, money, class, and innocence add conflict and humor to this
madcap comedy about a family who runs a business in French Guiana, their conniving nephew, and a few well-meaning convicts.
August 10 – August 19, 2017
Toward Zero. This Agatha Christie whodunit about an old widow’s murder in a seaside town will keep you guessing to the end.
August 24 – September 2, 2017.
Driving Miss Daisy. When she can no longer drive, a wealthy Southern woman hires an African-American chauffeur, and a surprising friendship unfolds in this heartwarming and enlightening story.
