Rates are applicable to single & double occupancy, family deluxe suite 4-person occupancy.

Each night includes a full breakfast daily.

In some rooms, we can accommodate an additional person at a rate of $35/night regardless of age, when available.

Credit card required for deposit & reservation confirmation.

We accept Master Card, Visa, & American Express.

9% NH State Room & Meals Tax additional.

There may be a minimum-night stay required depending on the season or holiday.

DEPOSITS:
*To guarantee your reservation, full payment is required for all one-night stays.
*A 50% deposit is required for two nights or more.
*Remaining balance of your reservation is due upon arrival.
*In the event of late arrivals or early departures, you are responsible for your entire reservation balance.

CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES:
*A $30.00 processing fee will be charged on each cancellation.
*Deposits are non-refundable on cancellations made less than 14 days prior to arrival.
*If you must cancel in less than 2 weeks (up until 48 hours before check-in), we will refund the deposit less the $30.00 processing fee if we can refill your entire reservation period.

No refunds after 48 hours.

CHECK-IN: between 4 and 6 p.m. If you plan to arrive after 6 p.m., please call to make arrangements for late check-in.

POLICIES TO MAKE YOUR STAY MORE ENJOYABLE

Breakfast is served 7:30 am – 9:30 am in the dining room (outdoors when weather permits). For in-room breakfast, a minimum 24-hour notice is necessary.

CHECK-OUT: 11 am, please feel free to enjoy the property after check-out.

The B&B is appropriate for children that are supervised & well behaved.

Children over 14 are welcome to stay in their own room.

Must be 21 years or older to book a room.

Kitchen appliances & outdoor grill can be respectfully used at guest’s convenience.

Additional refrigeration available besides mini-frig in room.

SMOKING: A Newfound Bed & Breakfast is a non-smoking inn. Smoking is allowed outdoors, please dispose in smoke receptacles provided on the property.

Please be sensitive to our natural environment & woodlands as well as other guests on the property.

PETS: Allowed w/approved damages agreement.

There is a $300.00 fee if our smoking & pet policies are disregarded.
